Texas Epoxy Solutions LLC warrants the Services provided to the Customer for a period of 15 years from the date of completion of the installation.
This Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials related to the epoxy flooring/decorative concrete installation performed by the Company.
Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:
Remedies: During the Warranty Period, if the epoxy flooring/decorative concrete is found to be defective in workmanship or materials, the Company will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the affected portion of the installation.
To make a claim under this Warranty, the Customer must notify the Company in writing within 30 days of discovering the alleged defect. The Customer must provide proof of purchase and allow the Company reasonable access to inspect and remedy the issue.
The liability of the Company under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective portion of the epoxy flooring/decorative concrete. In no event shall the Company be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
